  • We are a private prearranged transportation service. Your rides are exclusively for you and your group in either our 11-passenger walk in van or 7- passenger Suburban.
  • Absolutely not! We confirm with you prior to your ride, and for airport arrivals we monitor you flight in real time so you don’t have to stress about delays or changes. Our goal is to make your transportation experience smooth and worry-free.
  • We are more personal than Uber. Outrides are private, prearranged, reliable and guaranteed for only you and your group. With flat rates, no surge pricing, and personalized service, our goal is to make your Maui transportation experience easy, comfortable and stress-free.
  • Absolutely! If you have a preference between our black Suburban or van, simply let us know when booking. We truly try our best to accommodate requests whenever possible and will personally communicate with you regarding availability.
  • Absolutely! We love helping our guests plan the perfect Maui experience. Whether you’re looking for sightseeing suggestions, local favorites, or help organize your day, we’re here to make your Maui experience smooth, personal and memorable.
  • Absolutely! We try to accommodate everyone.
  • We recommend reserving as early as possible we are a smaller locally owned business and availability can book quickly. We take reservations a year out.
  • We consider ourselves affordable for prearranged, private, guaranteed transportation. We are consistent with our flat rates, where as others might have surges or other fees included. With public shuttles, they are comparable to us but depending on the amount of people and stops, it might take you awhile to reach your place of stay.
  • Yes! We’re happy to offer a complimentary 20-minute grocery stop when arranged in advance with your reservation. If you need more than 20 minutes, it’s an additonal $50.00 to finish out the hour. Costco is an automatic additional charge.

  • We accept major credit cards as well as Venmo.
  • Reservations are highly recommended – especially for airport and tours. As a smaller locally owned company, our schedule can fill quickly, but we always do our best to accommodate our riders whenever possible.
  • Things happen – please reach out to us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to adjust your reservation and accommodate your group’s needs.
  • Yes, because that’s for safety as well as state law guidelines. We understand some parents don’t want to travel with the car seats/booster. Please ask Jules for the company to rent car seats/boosters or any other needed baby/toddler accessories while you’re visiting Maui. There are also vests and great blow up boosters on Amazon.
  • Yes, if it won’t interfere with other rides.
  • Please speak with Jules about wheelchairs and scooters. We always try to accommodate.

Many visitors choose not to rent a car due to rental, parking and resort fees. We’re happy to provide reliable private transportation for airport rides, sightseeing and more – allowing you to relax and enjoy Maui without the stress of driving. 

  • We can comfortably accommodate up to 11 passengers in our walk-in van and up to 7 in our Suburban. If you have a larger group that requires another vehicle, we’re always happy to coordinate additional transportation.

  • Our airport and transportation rates are customized based on your group size, location of your place of stay and other needs so we can provide the most accurate pricing and personalized service possible.
  • We prefer the personal touch. Because every riders transportation needs are different, we like to speak directly with you to provide accurate pricing, answer questions and help create the best experience possible for your time on Maui.
  • We pick up directly inside the harbor, right next t0 your ship making your day easy and stress-free from the start. Our tours are more affordable than NCL while providing a more personal experience. We always make sure our guests return well before departure and have never missed a ship yet. Be sure to check our our Google review to see why so many guests love touring with us.
  • We kindly ask for at least 72 hours notice for cancellations so we have the opportunity to offer that reservation time to other guests. because we do not require deposits or prepayments, you’ll never need to worry about waiting for a refund.
  • We primarily operate during the daylight hours.
  • We do our best to accommodate guests with disabilities. Please contact Jules to discuss your needs and help make the most comfortable enjoyable experience.
  • It’s very rare for tours to be canceled due to weather, but safety always comes first. if weather affects your tour, we’ll do our best to adjust your itinerary or recommend another great option for the day.
  • Food in not included, but we’re never far from great food and drinks. We prefer to let you choose where you would like to eat and share our favorite local suggestions. You are more than welcome to bring food and drinks in the vehicle as well.
  • Depending on the tour and plans for the day, we recommend bringing a hat, sun screen, cash and a towel if you plan on enjoying the water.
