Absolutely! Please call or email us to make arrangements.
- We are a private prearranged transportation service. Your rides are private with only you or your group either in our 14 passenger walk in van or 7 passenger Suburban.
- Absolutely not! We confirm with you after you make your reservations as well as the day prior to each ride. If you’re arriving at airport, we monitor your flights so you don’t have too. We take the stress and worry out of your transportation needs.
- We are not. We are prearranged transportation that is private and guaranteed. We have flat rates so riders are never charged for surges, time or miles. Since we are prearranged, your driver arrives on time without waiting.
- Absolutely! Request when booking your reservation over the phone or email. Jules will let you know if it’s available. There are times we can’t guarantee that will be your vehicle, but we certaintly try to accomodate.
- We are happy to help our riders map out their itinerary.
- Yes! However, we can’t guarantee you a ride if our drivers are booked.
- As soon as you know dates and times.
- We consider ourselves affordable for prearranged, private, guaranteed transportation. We are consistent with our flat rates, where as others might have surges or other fees included. With public shuttles, they are comparable to us but depending on the amount of people and stops, it might take you awhile to reach your place of stay.
- Yes, we offer a 20 minute courtesy stop. Please request when making your reservation, otherwise, we can’t guarantee we’ll have time to stop before our next ride. If you need more than 20 minutes, it’s an additonal $50.00 to finish out the hour.

Yes, you can!
- Absolutely not. However, it’s best if you do, especially if you have reservations with restaurants, excursions or going to the airport. Our reservations do fill up quickly due to being a small company, but we always to accomodate riders.
- No worries. Call us at 808-446-2443 and speak to the representative to make arrangements and we will accomodate to the best of our ability.
- Please call 808-446-2443 and speak to the representative. We send out text confirmations the day prior to your rides. We kindly ask you confirm back. We will contact you after 10 minutes if you have not arrived for your ride.
- Yes, because that’s for safety as well as state law guidelines. We understand some parents don’t want to travel with the car seats/booster. Please ask Jules for the company to rent car seats/boosters or any other needed baby/toddler accessories while your visiting Maui. There are also great blow up boosters on Amazon.
- Yes, if it won’t interfere with other rides.
- We are only able to fit a foldable wheel chair. Please speak with Jules.
- Skip the taxis, ride-shares and shuttles and ride with confidence — and without worry — by scheduling a private luxury vehicle for parties of 7 or less in our luxury Suburban. For larger parties up to 12, we have a luxury, walk-in van. No surges, no per mile or time charges. Just a flat rate depending on your destination and the number of passengers. Call us for an airport pick-up/drop-off. We serve all of Maui except Hana and Haleakala. Feel the aloha spirit when you ride with us. We will take you through gorgeous scenery, to the stunning beaches, to your exciting activities during your vacation a, a tour with us and more.
- Up to 12 in the van and up to seven in the Suburban. However, multiple transfers for larger groups may be necessary. Up to 21 passengers at one time. If more vehicles are needed, we do hire other vehicles to help us.
