We toured with Jules, and felt as if we were spending the day with a dear friend! It doesn't come any more warm and personable than this. The weather wasn't kind to us, but Jim tailored the trip to 1. Take into account the movement of the weather front, and 2. The needs/wants of the group. Once he knew what we wanted out of the day, he adjusted the stops accordingly, kept us informed throughout and taught us so much about the island. I cannot recommend Jim and Jules highly enough! Super easy to book via text. Communication was excellent. Jim is a super nice guy and the drive felt like a mini tour along the way - pointing out whales, etc.! Had the opportunity to ride with Jules from beachin rides from the airport to kaanapali. She was fun and engaging and made the ride fly by. Next thing I knew we were at the hotel.
