There were many options but I got to speak to someone instead of leaving a message.  We had a really early flight and we were picked up by a very nice man and the trip to the airport was so fast and we talked all the way.

This is an amazing business, both Jim and his wife Jill are so kind and easy to talk to. They picked us up in now time and dropped us off right where we needed to go. During the rides, they shared interesting information about Maui and gave us wonderful recommendations for activities and restaurants for us to visit. I would definitely recommend their service to anyone.

Jim and Jules were the nicest people I've ever met. They gave us great suggestions for where to go, where to eat. They gave us tips and tricks. We even exchanged pictures of our dogs. They make you feel like family. They didn't just save us hassle, they added to our experience. They were also super affordable. We were staying in an Airbnb and didn't want to rent a car. After a few pricy ubers, we booked a ride to the DT Flemings beach by the Ritz Carlton and wound up using them every day for the rest of the visit. 10/10 will gladly use them again.

This company is so great!  Jules is absolutely wonderful!  She is very pleasant and friendly over the phone and equally pleasant and friendly when she picked us up at the airport.   I called this company two days before leaving for Maui.  I was getting very worried that I couldn't find transportation from the airport to our hotel because I had waited to practically the last minute.  This company came thru for us.   I highly recommend this company and Jules (one of the owners) was great!

My family of four used Beachin Rides for transportation from our hotel in Kaanapali to the Kahului Airport. Jules was our driver and she was awesome.  We are kind of a shy group, but we had a great conversation with her and the 45 minute drive just flew by. She drove us in a very nice black Suburban SUV so there was plenty of room for all of us and our two weeks worth of luggage. When I called to make the reservation, she answered promptly and was extremely friendly. She then texted later to confirm and texted again the night before our ride. We really appreciated the great communication. You can't reserve XL ride-shares on the island, so being able to reserve a nice ride ahead of time and pay just about the same (maybe a little more, but not much) was well worth it. Thanks Jules!

Beachin Rides started as a way to schedule a round-trip ride to the beach, equipment, sand and all, and I only wish I had found them sooner, because I would have used them when I was careless for a couple of snorkel excursions farther north. I highly recommend them!

Jules was an absolute pleasure to work with. Our flight was delayed and I was stressed about missing our meet time. She put my mind at ease and assured me that she would be there whenever we arrived. Once we connected we drove to pick up our rental car and had a nice conversation with an incredible view of the island. When it was time for us to leave she picked up my husband from Lahaina (taro car rental location) and brought him back to Wailea to pick up the rest of our group and luggage to take us to the airport. We had a lot of extra food that we didn’t want to toss so we asked her if she would make a pit stop to give to the homeless and she was happy to accommodate. She made our arrival & departure so easy and stress free that I would recommend her & her husband to anyone that is visiting Maui. Mahalo!

We used Jim for our trip to Honolua Bay on the last day of our trip. He was courteous, punctual, and priced very reasonably. We rented chairs from him as well for the beach, and it ended up being our favorite day of our trip to Maui. My biggest regret was not giving him a call earlier for other transportation needs.

We got lucky finding this ride service !!  Not only were we picked  up on time — but they went out of there way - a rainbow had come out - and it was vibrant and bright - the first one I saw in Maui !! My family and I recently had the opportunity to use Beachin Rides for our transportation from the hotel to the airport. I have to say they were exceptional in every way!  Jim, our driver picked us up on time and got us to the airport with plenty of time to spare. He was extremely pleasant during our trip and talked to us the entire time about many things that we all enjoyed. The van we rode in was spotless and very comfortable. Where do I start? Uber & Lyft are scarce here. It's strange and extremely busy Covid times. No taxis available with 3 hours until our flight leaves. It's an hour alone to get to the airport so I'm stressin. Jules answers the phone and shoots right over to pick us up. I have never appreciated a business so so much. One of the best rides ever. Do not hesitate to call!

Jim and Jules are GREAT!  Best fares in town, 100% reliable and simply great people.  With no car in Maui I tried Ubers and taxis, Ubers consistently canceled or weren't available and taxis were 30-40 minutes late.  Their prices can't be beat, Jim gave me a round trip discount whenever I used him and didn't even allow me to pay until the second leg of the round trip.  Jules drove me to the airport, besides undercutting the fare of a taxi I was 100% confident that I could rely on her being there on time ... and we had wonderful conversation on the way. Don't waste your time with Ubers or taxis, call Beachin Rides and experience the Aloha spirit with Jim and Jules.

Highly recommend Beachin Rides , especially right now with the rental car prices/shortages . I set up our airport pick up / drop off with Jules and she made the whole process simple and stress free! Jim was at the airport right on time and gave us a smooth ride to the hotel with lots of great suggestions! At the end of our trip he was at the hotel to pick us up with plenty of time to get to the airport and check in which is about a 2 1/2 hour process right now ! Their prices are great and they do in town shuttling too , which is extremely convenient not having to find parking at the beaches etc. Great experience, great price , highly recommend!!
